What cleaning modes are available?
Users can select Floor, Floor and Walls, Walls, or Waterline only, directly on the cleaner. The Fluidra Pool app also enables multi-day floor-cleaning schedules. The only model in the Zodiac range that offers wall only and multi-day floor-cleaning.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. The FR350 iQ connects to the Fluidra Pool app via Wi-Fi, allowing customers to select cleaning modes and schedule up to 4 floor-cleaning sessions per week.
Is it easy to lift out of the pool?
Yes. At the end of a cycle, the cleaner parks at the waterline for up to 10 minutes, making retrieval easier. App-connected users also receive a notification. Its lightweight 8.2 kg design and quick-drain construction further simplify handling.

How long does the battery run for and how long does it take to charge?
The FR350 iQ provides up to 3 hours of cleaning runtime and recharges in under 4 hours. For best battery life, users should dry the cleaner before charging and store it indoors in line with the Owner’s Manual.
How does the filtration system perform?
The dual-filtration system provides flexibility for different pool conditions. The 180-micron canister is ideal for visible debris such as leaves, sand and stones. The replaceable 3-micron ultra-fine filter can be added for very fine debris, silt or some algae.
What is the best way to maintain cleaning performance?
Empty and rinse the filter after each use. For heavy visible debris, use the 180-micron filter canister on its own. For fine debris or cloudy water, add the ultra-fine filter and clean it regularly. The ultra-fine filter is a consumable and is recommended for replacement approximately every 30 uses.
Will it handle a pool with heavy leaf debris after a storm?
The FR350 iQ is designed for regular pool maintenance. For pools with heavy leaf loads, sticks, sediment or post-storm debris, remove the bulk debris first and clean the pool’s baskets before running the cleaner. This helps maintain strong performance and protects the cleaner from unnecessary blockage.
Will it work in every pool?
The FR350 iQ is suitable for pools up to 15 m. As with any robotic cleaner, results are best when the cleaner, filter and pool are maintained correctly, and the appropriate cleaning mode is selected for the pool shape and conditions.

What warranty is included?
The FR350 iQ includes a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The 180-micron filter canister, tracks and roller brushes carry a 1-year warranty. The 3-micron ultra-fine filter is a consumable item and is excluded from warranty.
Is the battery replaceable?
The cleaner uses a highly integrated, factory-sealed construction designed to maximise water resistance and product reliability, for this reason, the battery is not replaceable.
How can I maximise battery life?
For best long-term performance, fully charge the cleaner after use, allow it to dry before charging, and store it indoors within the temperature and storage guidance in the Owner’s Manual.
